The Midas Press houses four high volume heidelberg presses, coping with sheet sizes from A5 through to B1 in weights from 80gsm to 500gsm.

Most of our work is four colour based, but Pantone or Special mix colours are easily and accurately catered for, with quality paramount to our production. Along with our standard screenings of 175lpi and 200lpi, we can also offer Sublima screening, which is a very fine screen, specially designed to reduced 'filling-in' in shadow areas and retaining detail in highlight areas.

Coating units give us the facility to vastly reduce drying times therefore improving job turnaround times, alternatively work can perfected (printed both sides at once) with up to six colours on either side of the sheet, giving high volumes with sharp print times.

Print production is calibrated to the ISO12647-2 (FOGRA 27-31L) standards, we constantly monitor and adjust plates and printed output to maintain optimum results.
